In compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, we inform you that Overseas Insurance (hereinafter also the "website") intends to process personal data concerning you, within the scope of the activities provided to you by the insurance that will provide the coverage.
The owner of the processing of personal data referred to in this statement is PSA Assicurazioni di Paolo Antonio Solaro.
Personal data, also with reference to data of a particular nature (c.d. sensitive) defined as such pursuant to current legislation, provided or acquired, will be used for:
- Purposes related to processing related to the issuance and management of insurance contracts stipulated with the Company, to the management of obligations relating to damages, to the fulfillment of specific requests by the interested party. The provision of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of these purposes being strictly functional to the execution of the aforementioned treatments. The interested party's refusal may make it impossible for the Company to perform the requested service;
- Purposes related to obligations imposed by laws, regulations, and provisions of the Authorities, Community legislation. The provision by the interested party or third parties of the personal data necessary for the pursuit of these purposes is mandatory. Any refusal will make it impossible to establish or continue the contractual relationship to which this information refers;
- Purposes related to post-sales activities aimed at assessing the degree of satisfaction of users or damaged and for analysis and market research on the services offered. A possible refusal would make it impossible for the Company to have useful feedback for the improvement of the activities subject to treatment but would not have consequences on the execution of the practices in progress;
- Purposes related to commercial activities for the promotion of insurance products and services offered by the Company and the Nobis Group such as sending advertising material and commercial communications through the use of traditional communication (such as paper mail and calls with the intervention of the operator), automated (such as for example calls without operator intervention, email, telefax, MMS, SMS, etc.), as well as through the insertion of advertising and promotional messages in the area of the Company's website reserved for its customers, provided for pursuant to art. 38 bis of the Ivass Regulation 35/2010 and s.m.i. Any refusal would make it impossible for the Company to promote and provide useful information to the interested party but would have no consequences on the execution of the practices in progress.
The profiling activities, defined as such pursuant to article 4 of the reg. EU 2017/679 carried out only serve the purpose of processing the insurance practices referred to in point (a) of paragraph 2 as well as assessing the degree of the user or damaged satisfaction and for market analysis and research on the services offered, of which in point (c) and the execution of contact activities to promote offers of products of the Company referred to in point (d) of paragraph 2.
No form of dissemination of the collected data is foreseen. The personal data processed for the purposes mentioned above may be communicated to the following categories of subjects:
• Internal Company subjects in charge of the aforementioned treatments;
• external subjects to support treatments such as doctors and health care organizations, experts, workshops and body shops, individuals who are part of the Company's distribution network;
• Other company functions or external subjects of an accessory or instrumental nature, such as consortium companies belonging to the insurance sector, banks, and financial companies, reinsurers, co-insurers, companies in charge of delivering correspondence, persons involved in tax, financial and legal consultancy and assistance, computer science, data storage, auditing, and financial statement certification;
• Parties in charge of measures taken by the Supervisory Authorities to collect policy data for statistical purposes, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism.
• Parent and/or associated companies of the Company;
• Public control, supervisory, and public security authorities.
• Internal Company subjects in charge of the aforementioned treatments;

In relation to the purposes described, the use of personal data is limited only to the data necessary for the conclusion and management of the treatments provided with this information. Processing takes place by manual processing and by electronic or automated means, according to processing and conservation logic strictly related to the purposes themselves or dictated by laws and regulations of the Authorities and, in any case, so as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data against the risks of improper access and disclosure as well as their destruction upon the termination of the purpose, without prejudice to any conservation obligations deriving from regulatory or Authority indications.
Data processing and storage will be performed in Italy. Upon explicit request of the interested party, the personal data processing could be transmitted to foreign subjects involved in the handling of the files, except for impediments dictated by stringent legislation, manifest lack of the receiving subject on security measures aimed at protecting the confidentiality of the information transmitted, indications of the Authorities
